Great way to relax and improve ones health
My fiancee and I had our first experience at the Sweat Shack this evening and while I was skeptical on how this would be any different from your average gym sauna, I was easily able to identify the benefits of sweating here. First off, the employees were wonderful, did not press for us to purchase a package, and gave us a rundown and tour of the building/saunas before we even purchased a thing. Secondly, the place is immaculate, smells pretty great, and it is apparent that everything is maintained properly and well taken care of from top to bottom. We decided on upgrading (7 extra) for the members only/doubles sauna and it was very relaxing. There are several different sweat packages which offer different benefits, and we went with the power sweat. It was an amazing 35 minutes and in the end, after how well we were treated from start to finish, we decided on a package. We will definitely be back and absolutely recommend the Sweat Shack for people who want an extraordinary individual sauna experience, or maybe take their significant other. Shout out to Sydney, very kind and knowledgeable of her workplace.
After visiting several times, I brought my husband with me. The owner was there and we enjoyed learning health related insights from her. Knowledgeable, friendly and healing. We will be back!
Really awesome experience. LOVE the sauna and the little relaxation area outside. The person who showed me to my sauna said a lot of stuff about the different colored lights and their effects. I found it all a little hard to believe, but whatever, she was sweet and the sauna was perfect.
